* Matthew James Smith, 28, of 46 Bowdoinham Road, Lisbon Falls, on a warrant charging failure to pay a fine and on charges of refusing to submit to arrest and assault on an officer, 12:22 p.m. Thursday at Third and Mill streets.
Androscoggin County
* Adam Williams, 36, of Royalsborough Road, Durham, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of domestic assault, Thursday morning at that address.
* Skyler Higgison, 25, of Lisbon Falls, arrested by Lisbon police on a charge of driving while intoxicated, Wednesday night on Route 196.
Accidents
Auburn
* A pickup truck driven by Daniel W. Fitch, 35, of Jay, struck the back of a truck driven by James W. Libby, 55, of Leeds, while Libby was slowing in traffic at 1:23 p.m. Monday on Poland Road. The 2016 Ford, driven by Fitch and owned by A Hood and Son Inc. of Turner, was towed. Damage to the 2014 International Harvester, driven by Libby and owned by Hammond Lumber of Belgrade, was listed as functional.
Lewiston
* SUVs driven by Amanda Kenison, 31, of Lewiston, and Evariste Niyitegeka, 36, of Portland collided at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday on Pine Street. Damage to Kenison’s 2013 GMC and Niyitegeka’s 2007 Kia was listed as functional.
