AUBURN — Sally R. Pouliot, 78, of Otisfield passed away Saturday, March 11, at the Hospice House.
She was born in Belfast on Aug. 5, 1938, the daughter of Kenneth and Margaret Raye Robbins. She attended schools in Belfast as well as Munich and Frankfurt, Germany. Sally graduated from Frankfurt American High School in 1956. After graduation, she returned to Washington, D.C., with her parents. She worked at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as a medical secretary for a number of years. Sally returned to Portland, where she was employed at the Osteopathic Hospital of Maine as a medical secretary. She worked as an administrative assistant for various businesses. Her last job was at the Dunlap Corp., from which she retired in 2000. After retirement, she and her husband traveled extensively. They also enjoyed boating, four-wheeling, snowmobiling and other outdoor activities.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Roland L. Pouliot of Otisfield; four daughters, Ann Pouliot and her husband, Terry Marks, Nancy Paradis and her husband, John, Susan Brown and her husband, Dale, and Diane Taylor; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents; a loving grandmother; and aunts and uncles.
