OXFORD — The drag show is scheduled for Friday, April 28, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. (with a rain date of May 5, 2017) Spectators can pre-purchase tickets at $5.00 each (100% of pre-purchased tickets will go to the cause; $1.00 of each ticket sold the day of the event will go to the cause. There will be a bake sale, 50/50 and raffle baskets to raise additional funds for the cause at the event. This event serves as an opportunity for exposure for breast cancer awareness.
Oxford Plains Dragway and Amsoil will be sponsoring the entire night for the event. The dragway has agreed to allow Big Rigs to drag on this night. Any big rig that wants to participate in the drags will need to pay a $25.00 entrance fee. All big rigs will need to be clean of any dirt/mud and no oil leaks, no exceptions.
The event is seeking additional sponsors, donations and participants for this event.
