LEWISTON — The next Pause for Pets Craft & Vendor Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 9, at the Ramada Inn. The fair is a fundraiser for the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society. There is no cost for admission.
There will be 60 local crafters and vendors offering a variety of products and services. There will be a 50/50 and prize raffles as well as free door prize drawings.
Volunteers and staffers from GAHS will be on hand to discuss the shelter’s programs and services. They will also collect donations of pet food, litter, bleach, clean newspapers and other essential items.
Pause for Pets fairs have been held twice a year since 2012, and the last event raised more than $3,100 for GAHS in November 2016. The events are coordinated by Lauren Odiorne and Shannon Vishe, of Lewiston.
