SMH Family Birthplace offers Infant CPR
NORWAY — The Family Birthplace at Stephens Memorial Hospital is offering an Infant CPR class from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday, April 15, in the Harper Conference Center, in the Ripley Medical Office Building, 193 Main Street.
The class will cover CPR and choking rescue on an infant up to the age of one year. This is a hands-on experience with mannequins, where participants have an opportunity to practices these skills.
The fee is $10 per person. Pre-registration with payment is required.

CPR, first aid class offered
OXFORD — There will be a Heartsaver CPR and First Aid class at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 15, at the Advent Christian Church.
Students will learn basic first aid, adult, child and infant C.P.R., and how to use an AED. On completion of the one-day class, participants will receive a two-year certification, in accordance with the American Heart Association. This certificate course is accepted for day/child care providers, loggers, guides, teachers, and any other non-health care related professions.
Those attending should call to confirm the date.
Groups may request to schedule a class at their convenience.
Health care BLS CPR re-certifications are done as needed one-on-one.
