LEWISTON — Juliette Alice (Provencher) Morin, 92, of Lewiston passed away Friday, March 31, at d’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston, following a short illness.
She was born on April 15, 1924, in Somersworth, N.H., a daughter of the late Albert and Emilia Provencher. On July 4, 1964, she married Normand R. Morin and the two spent many wonderful years together. During that time, she worked at the Bates Fabric Mill for more than 44 years, until her retirement in 1987.
Juliette enjoyed socializing any chance she could get. “She loved men.” Also, she was always happy when she was bowling, playing beano or taking on a crossword puzzle. She loved us all and will be sadly missed.
She is survived by her loving husband, Normand R. Morin of Lewiston; her three children, Constance Durette of Lewiston, Lucien Brunelle of Lisbon and Laurier Brunelle of Spring Hill, Fla. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Thomas, Larry, Christopher, Lori, Malinda and Paul; as well as 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Paul Provencher; and two sisters, Jeanne Keith and Claire Burnham.
Condolences may be shared with her family at www.thefortingrouplewiston.com.
