LEWISTON — Maine Event Comedy’s Third Thursday Comedy Showcase presents Bill Picard at the Bear Bones Beer, at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 20. Picard will be joined by fellow Maine comedians Danny Jordan, Steve Cloutier, Dawn Hartill, Mike Hallinan, Ali Simpson and host Mark Turcotte.
Picard is truly a unique act. Born with cerebral palsy and confined to a wheelchair, he has used his physical disability to both educate and entertain. He was a finalist in Portland’s Funniest Professional Contest, earned a business degree at the University of Maine and works as a motivational speaker.
