AUBURN — Health Affiliates Maine is hosting an open house of their Behavioral Health Home from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, at their 306 Rodman Road location.
BHH is a community-based program, designed to assist adults and guardians of children, with a mental illness diagnosis to have one key team coordinating their services. The primary BHH team is comprised of a wellness coordinator, nurse care manager and intentional peer support person who have frequent consultation with experts in the fields of medical and mental health.
The program has immediate openings for children and adult MaineCare members for their BHH in Androscoggin County, Oxford County and Southern Franklin County.
