DALLAS PLANTATION — A driver from Strong suffered scrapes and bruises when his car went off a curve on Route 16 at about 4 p.m. Tuesday and rolled onto its roof, Maine State Trooper Andrew Hardy said.
Nicholas Walker, 21, refused medical treatment, Hardy said. The Chevrolet Monte Carlo he was driving was damaged.
