RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian burial for Joseph “Chummy” Norris, of Peru, was celebrated 10 a.m., Thursday, at the Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius – St. John Church in Rumford with the Re. Nathan March as celebrant.

Committal services were conducted at the Demerritt Cemetery, Peru, with Arthur Meader officiating.

Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
