RANGELEY — Rangeley Family Medicine has partnered with Maine SNAP-Ed to offer a “10 Tips” nutrition course, a four-class series, to teach people how to make healthier meals without breaking their budget, free to anyone, from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays, June 6, 13, 20, 27, at Rangeley Health and Wellness.
“10 Tips” teaches participants how to cook healthy meals while saving money at the grocery store. There will be a professional nutritionist from Healthy Community Coalition and free food, recipes and health tips at each class.
Space is limited, and registration is required.
Rangeley Family Medicine is part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a group of Federally Qualified Health Centers in Central and Western Maine.
