Bill Fletcher of Wilton is the recipient of $100 for his guess of when the ice would go out on Wilson Lake. Bruce Dyke, member of the Wilton Fish & Game and caretaker of the annual Ice-Out Contest, documented the ice out at 9 a.m. on April 29.
