AUBURN — Lucille C. Perreault, 91, of Lewiston, died Wednesday, May 17, at Odd Fellows’ Home, Auburn after a courageous battle with dementia, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada on August 18, 1925, to the late John and Jeanne (St. Pierre) Desjardins. She attended school in Grand Falls and was a graduate of Grand Falls High School. She married Edgar Perreault from Van Buren on April 30, 1946. They later relocated to Lewiston, where they worked and raised their five children. She graduated from Bernard’s Hair School and began her career as a beautician. She also enjoyed traveling. She traveled to numerous locations worldwide with her longtime friend, Nora Crozier from Connecticut and other members of a senior group. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grand and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, sons, Roger and wife, Maria Belen, Daniel and wife, Veronica, and daughters, Priscille Parrott and husband, Mike, all of Lewiston, and Lisa Morin and husband, Paul, of Sabattus; and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren
