PERU — A graveside service honoring the life of Edward “Ned” Desroches was held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 26, at Demeritt Cemetery in Peru. The Rev. Nathan March officiated. Military honors were rendered by the Maine Funeral Honor Guard. Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
