BRUNSWICK — Maine State Music Theatre continues its community outreach efforts with its popular “Peek Behind the Curtain” series that runs each month from May through August.
Each session will feature a panel of MSMT artists and staff involved in crafting the theatre’s 2017 season. The events are free and open to the public.
Broadway World Maine Editor Carla Maria Verdino-Süllwold will act as moderator, with a question and answer period to follow. The panel discussion will be followed by a short, informal meet and greet with beverages served.
Each session will be held at Morrell Meeting Room at the Curtis Memorial Library starting at noon.
The summer panel discussion series includes:
• Peek Behind the Curtain – Always, Patsy Cline: Wednesday, June 14.
• Peek Behind the Curtain – Guys and Dolls: Wednesday, July 5.
• Peek Behind the Curtain – Grease: Wednesday, July 26.
• Peek Behind the Curtain – Newsies: Wednesday, August 16.
