TURNER — Ronald L. Bougie born Nov. 7, 1947, died Nov. 4, 2016.“Reality is how you choose to perceive it.” He was a devoted loving father, enjoyed rock-n-roll and the blues, NASCAR racing and riding his Harley with The River Rats. He was a graduate of Sanford High School, was an Army veteran and retired electronic technician from the Portland Post Office. He leaves behind a daughter, Amber Morgaine Bougie; a brother, Carl Bougie; and nieces, Laurel and Andrea Bougie.
