
The Rev. Gary Drinkwater and Deacon Steve Bunnell began services Sunday, May 28, at the Anglican Church of the Transfiguration, Mechanic Falls, by honoring veterans from past conflicts and offering prayers of memorial to both friend and foe. Church member Pamela Nicolazzo recited names from the community and church family who had served in the military. Bill Quackenbush struck the bell after each name was announced.
