I am extremely happy that the U.S. Senate has rejected the House of Representatives’ American Health Care Act and that the Senate is currently working on its own bill. I would like to add that members of the Senate could save a whole lot of time by working on improving the ACA, rather than throwing that baby out with the bath water. Even better, they could go with a plan that has already been tried and proven — Medicare.
I think it is time for a single-payer health care insurance plan for everyone. Medicare for all is the only plan that makes sense. It is time to take the profits out of health care insurance.
By the way, Congressman Bruce Poliquin voted for the House’s bill and his constituents are paying attention. I hope other representatives are listening.
