GREENE — Dale D. Nickerson, 61, of Greene passed away Tuesday, May 30, unexpectedly and peacefully at his home.
He was born April 8, 1956, the son of Bradley and Helen Nickerson. Born and raised on Allen Pond Road in Greene, Dale was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed gardening. He graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 1975 and was a skilled millwright by trade. Dale was very social and loved by many.
He is survived by his fiancée, Pamela; his sons, Jason and wife, Trecia, of Michigan and Jessi and fiancée, Kerrie, of Turner; stepchildren, Rebecca, Ashley and Justin and (many other children whose lives he impacted); brother, Roland and wife, Suzie; sisters, Dianna and Gladys; and grandchildren, Matthew, Kayden, Alden, Alex, Emily, Jadelynn, Hunter, Arielle, Colton and Jagger. He had many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Dale was predeceased by his parents; daughter, Angie; and brother, Bradley Jr.
