The JKA Karate dojo. These are amazing people providing an opportunity for children and parents to experience a first rate dojo.
Seven of the members recently competed in Boston to be part of the USA Karate Team and all seven made the team. The dojo has had many guests from all over the country stopping in to train with our families.
The JKA folks prepared, trained and provided a demonstration of karate skill at Greene Central School, which led to many students beginning their karate experiences.
The JKA dojo also hosted a tournament this past weekend. The presentation of medals taught students and families to experience the inner workings of a tournament.
