
Lewiston police say a bicyclist was injured when he rode into a dump truck Tuesday morning on Lisbon Street.
LEWISTON — Police say a bicyclist collided with a dump truck about 7 a.m. Tuesday on Lisbon Street.
Police say a man in his early 20s was riding his bike on the sidewalk and ran into a dump truck that was turning left. He sustained a large cut to his leg and was taken to the hospital, according to police.
Police say the truck driver is not facing any charges, but the bicyclist could face charges for not following traffic laws, and riding his bike on the wrong side of the road and on a sidewalk.
