Seats available for mystery trip
PERU — The Rumford Senior’s Mystery Trip on Thursday, Aug. 3, still has 10 seats available.
The deadline for signing up is Thursday, July 13, and cost is $26 for members and $31 for nonmembers.
The bus will leave at 8 a.m. from the center in Peru.
Socrates Cafe to meet
WATERFORD — The Socrates Cafe will meet on Monday, July 10, at the Bridgton Community Center.
A Meet and Greet will be held from 6:15 to 6:30 p.m. followed by discussion from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The topic will be “Why Do We Lie?” with moderator, Earl Morse.
Light refreshments will be provided.

Nature club to visit Sumner farm
PARIS — The Twin Town Nature Club will meet at 9 a.m. Monday, July 10, at the Payne Redemption Center, 14 Paris Hill Road, and carpool to Postlude Farm, Sumner, to explore hiking trails and view a large white pine.
Visitors are welcome. Those attending should bring a picnic lunch.
