TOPSHAM — Anne M. Plourde, 77, formerly of Lewiston, passed away Tuesday, July 11, at her home in Topsham after battling illness leading to her decline.
She was born in Van Buren on July 27, 1939, the daughter of O’Neil and Simonne (Violette) Plourde.
Anne was one of a large family with three brothers, Herbert, Romeo and Roger, as well as a twin sister, Laura Caron.
She lived with her parents most of her life, and was very involved with her family. She retired many years ago from the food service industry. She enjoyed many years of retirement activities including musical events, puzzles, visiting with family and sharing friendships.
Ann is survived by many nieces and nephews.
