The Rev. Cordelia Strandskov said, “Our members are thrilled and grateful for the Oxford Hills’ generous support of our community church! We look forward to this yard sale every year as a way to connect with our neighbors and continue to help make a difference in this community.”

The monies generated from the sale support many local missions. The funds not only allow the Norway church to open its doors to groups like AA, Al-Anon and Girl Scouts, but also provide for monthly free suppers, free children’s theater productions, free Christmas productions, college scholarships, camperships and Sunday school.

The church also makes monthly donations to the food pantry and monetary donations to Safe Voices, the rape crisis hotline (SAPAR), the community lunch program and other local missions.
