New Auburn Seniors to meet
AUBURN — The New Auburn Senior will have a business meeting at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7, followed by a light lunch, which will cost $4. All functions are held at Sacred Heart Church.
The next dinner will be served at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, and the meal will be meatloaf for $6. Dinner tickets must be purchased at the first Monday meeting prior to the dinner in order to help with planning.
All seniors 60 and older are welcome to attend Off-Monday Bingo at noon on Mondays, Aug. 14 and 28.
2017 membership dues must be paid on any Monday of the month. Those who cannot pay at the meeting may send payment and a self-addressed envelope to Helen Marsh, 32 Chris Ave., Sabattus, ME 04280.

Widows Fellowship to meet
LISBON FALLS — The Lisbon Area Widows Fellowship will meet on Monday, Aug. 7. The group meets at the Lisbon United Methodist Church, School Street. The gathering begins for fellowship at 11:30 a.m., followed by a potluck lunch.
All interested widows in the area are invited to attend. The group meets the first Monday of each month unless a holiday. Then the gathering is held the second Monday.
Blood drive set for Aug. 8
LEWISTON — The LA Metro Chamber and the American Red Cross will hold a blood drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 415 Lisbon St., Lewiston.
