WATERFORD — Waterford Sports & Recreation will offer trips and activities this fall.
Lighthouse field trip: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, leaving from the Waterford Town Office. A community field trip will visit Portland Breakwater, Portland Headlight, Ram Island Light, Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse, Bug Light and Two Lights State Park. Lunch will be at Lobster Shack at Two Lights in Cape Elizabeth. The cost for the trip is $15 a person.
Senior luncheon: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19 and Oct. 17, at the Wilkins House. A social hour with games and puzzles will be held from 11 a.m. to noon. Bingo will follow from 1 to 2 p.m. The suggested donation is $3 a person. No sign up is necessary.
Bus trip to Salem, Massachusetts: 8 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, leaving from the the Waterford Town Office. Participants will tour Salem. Seats are limited. The cost for the trip is $30 for residents and $35 for nonresidents.
