LEWISTON — Gloria Ann Caron, 61, of 17 Tampa St., Lewiston, lost her courageous battle with cancer and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 3, with her loving family by her side. She was an amazing lady to all who knew her. Even though it took her life, she never let her cancer dampen her spirit.
Gloria was born in Lewiston on Dec. 1, 1955, the daughter of Evelyn LeRiche and the late Joseph Bushey. She was a dedicated member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Auburn. Gloria enjoyed gardening, Bible study, puzzles, her beautiful cat Elsie, and her grandchildren. She worked for 40 years at Tambrands in Auburn.
Gloria was predeceased by her grandmother, Marie Collins, her father, Joseph Bushey Jr., and her nephew, David Rolland LeRiche.
She is survived by her loving mother, Evelyn LeRiche; her children Heather and husband Jon Stansel of Oxford, and Mathew and wife Kayla Caron of Lewiston; her sister, Diane LeRiche; her brother, David LeRiche; her grandchildren, Jesse Stansel, Dustin Bouchard, Jasmine Stansel, Gabriel Bouchard, and Logan Caron. She is greatly missed by her family and friends and will forever be remembered in our hearts.
