LEWISTON — Great Falls Forum with Ian Catlett talking about “East Africa Security and Justice and the U.S. Role Overseas,” noon to 1 p.m., Lewiston Public Library, Callahan Hall. Catlett, an attorney with the U.S. Department of State, will focus on Kenya and Somalia.
