WILTON — A Jay man hurt his leg Thursday night when his motorcycle hit a patch of sand and he lost control on Route 156, Police Chief Heidi Wilcox said Friday.
Michael Williams, 48, who was driving a 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, was taken by NorthStar EMS ambulance to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.
Officer Ethan Kyes responded to the accident reported at 9:38 p.m. near the intersection of McCrillis Corner and Webster roads.
