LEWISTON — City Council workshop and meeting, 6 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Agenda includes final reading of an ordinance establishing sex offender residency restrictions, and final reading on ordinance amendments on lodging houses.

LEWISTON-AUBURN — Twin Cities Holiday Celebration, Santa lights the Lewiston Christmas tree at 5 p.m. in Kennedy Park, the Parade of Lights begins on Park Street at 6 p.m., parade continues into Auburn, tree lighting and menorah sing-along at Festival Plaza at 7 p.m.
