AUBURN — At a recent annual meeting of stockholders, long-standing board member Philip St. Pierre was re-elected to the board of directors of Auburn Savings Bank.
St. Pierre, owner/operator of Lewiston convenience store Victor News Company Inc., has a long-standing history of supporting Auburn Savings Bank. He has served as director of Auburn Savings since 1995, as vice chairman from 2001 to 2016 and as chairman beginning in 2017. He will serve a three-year term.
In other matters, retired small business owner Bonnie Adams stepped down from the board after serving for 19 years. According to Auburn Savings President and CEO Bill Tracy, Adams’ professional experience and her current involvement on national, state and community boards brought valuable business leadership skills to the bank’s board.
