DEAR SUN SPOTS: I have many bags of plus size clothes from size 16 to 3X that belonged to my wife, who has passed away. I would like to donate them to charity, not for resale. I want people in need to have them free of charge. Many items are new or nearly new, in excellent condition and for all seasons. There are jackets, coats, etc., and many are still in packaging. DEAR SUN SPOTS: CommUNITY Recovery of Androscoggin County is looking for people in recovery from substance use disorder who desire to share their experiences to help others. We invite interested people to join us for a monthly meeting where we will develop action steps to address the opiate crisis in our community. Our focus is: “Persons in recovery will be active participants in supporting a community that recognizes the full continuum of care and all pathways of recovery.”

ANSWER: I checked in with our circulation director, Mike. In Fryeburg, you can purchase the Sun Journal at Lil Mart on Main Street and at Bea’s Marketplace on Portland Street. The paper is also available at Center Lovell Market and Rosies Lovell Village Store. Both the Big Apple and Cumberland Farms sell the Sun Journal in Yarmouth. Enjoy!
