Kudos to Lewiston businesswomen Heidi Audet of Chill Yoga, Sandy Marquis of Marquis Signs and Tammie Greishaber for another spectacular Sparkle Sunday on downtown Lisbon Street, held Dec. 17. The street was full of pop-up retailers, in addition to many other retailers open with special Sunday hours, as well as restaurants and food vendors, live music and children’s activities.
Lewiston and Auburn downtowns increasingly offer all of the amenities to attract more and more people to live, work and play in this community. It is terrific to see the private sector organize events such as Sparkle Sunday to bring retail back to the downtown.
Thanks, ladies.
