The driver of the Ford Fusion, who was 31, was pronounced dead at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire.
There were no students on the bus.
Police have not released the names of the drivers involved and continue to investigate the crash.
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call Sgt. Jeffrey Pilkington or Detective Wilfred Vachon at 698-1136.
