Franklin County Chamber of Commerce welcomes Trisha Mosher, center, as its executive director. She is a native of Farmington and graduated from Mt. Blue High School. Her family is involved with the Farmington Agricultural Society and travels around to pulling rings throughout the state during fair season. Chamber treasurer Pam Dixon and board President Mike Blanchet stand with Mosher.
