LEWISTON — Nancy A. Grover, 70, a resident of Leeds, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Marshwood Center in Lewiston, following a brief illness. She was born Oct. 26, 1947, in Leeds, the daughter of Royal Grover and Jacqueline M. (Curtis) Grover.

She was educated in the Leeds schools and attended Monmouth Academy. She started work at Tex Tech Industries in 1971 and retired in 2015.

She loved to teach ceramics out of her home. Nancy enjoyed gambling and scratch tickets and loved her cat, Rambo. She was a past volunteer for PALS because of her love of cats. Nancy enjoyed going to Oxford Casino with Diane for relaxation.

She is survived by her aunts; many cousins; and a special and true friend, Diane Chasse. She was predeceased by her parents.
