DENMARK — Join the fun and bust out of cabin fever madness by connecting with the local community through art, music, talent, non-talent and good cheer. Share a song, a poem, a two-step, a mime, a joke, a quirk, a story, a skit or a musical display. All are welcome and the doors of the Denmark Arts Center will open at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, for a cabin-fever-reliever Open Mic night.
The Denmark Arts Center is an award-winning 501(c)3 cultural organization founded in 1994 in the rural community of Denmark. Housed in the town’s historic 1883 Odd Fellows Hall, the DAC offers year-round events and workshops in contemporary dance, theater, music and visual art to community members young and old. With diverse and original programming, the DAC provides a creative and community hub for Western Maine and the Mt. Washington Valley. The DAC is located on 50 West Main St.
