AUGUSTA — The University of Maine at Augusta Music Program will present the Classical Constellations with the Portland Piano Trio at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Jewett Auditorium, UMA Augusta Campus.
The event is free and open to the public.
The program travels across the centuries with work by Beethoven, Amy Beach, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, and featuring the premiere performance of “Ascent” by UMA Professor of Music Richard Nelson. The Piano Trio is made up of Tracey Jasas-Hardel, violin; Ben Noyes, cello; and Annie Antonacos, piano.
