Amy Richard is a 41 year old non-smoker who was recently diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. She is also a mother of two children, Olivia, 6, and Owen, 2, and a loving wife to her husband Chris. On Jan. 23, 2018 Amy underwent surgery to remove the fluid from her lungs. Shockingly, her doctors discovered it was not pneumonia as previously thought, but Adenocarcinoma that had spread to the outer lining of her lungs. Life was turned upside down as Amy and Chris learned that she had stage IV lung cancer. The five-year survival rate for those diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer is less than 10 percent. The Celebration of Courage COED Hockey Tournament will be benefiting Amy Richards this year. On March 10th and 11th we will lace up and Fight Like a Mother to support this courageous woman. If you would like to join us by sponsoring this event, please see the info below.

On March 10, the youth in our community will lace up and help Fight Like a Mother for Amy Richard. Please join us to cheer these young hockey players on for giving back and raising awareness for Adenocarcinoma.
