RUMFORD — Living Well for Better Health, a free workshop series, will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Fridays, March 30 to May 4, at the Beacon House, 20 Congress St.
The series is for adults with any kind of ongoing health condition. A family member or a friend may also attend There will be a drawing for a $25 gift card at the end of the workshop and snacks will be available.
This six-session workshop can help teach new ways to deal with issues such as anxiety, diabetes, asthma, COPD, depression and heart disease.
Participants will learn to better use skills like goal setting, problem solving, stress management, healthy eating and living and communication with friends, family and healthcare providers.
