FARMINGTON — RSU 9 pre-K and kindergarten registration dates and times have been announced at the elementary schools.
Cape Cod Hill School: 3:30 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, for both pre-K and kindergarten registration. Call the school at 207-778-3031 to schedule a time to register.
Cushing School: 2 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, for both pre-K and kindergarten registration. Call 207-645-2442 to schedule a time.
Mallett School: Pre-K registration will be from 8:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, and Thursday, May 17. Kindergarten registration will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, May 18. Call 207-778-3529 to schedule a time.
Children must be age 5 on or before Oct. 15 in order to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, the child must be age 4 on or before Oct. 15.
At registration, parents will need the child’s original birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of the child, proof of residency and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. Registration packets should be picked up at the child’s school and completed prior to the child’s appointment.
Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program, do not need to reregister for kindergarten.
