SOUTH PARIS — Ronald A. Doustou, 63, of South Paris, died Sunday, March 18, at the Market Square Health Care Center. Born in Lewiston on Aug. 27, 1954, he was the son of Lewis and Georgette Nadeau Doustou. Educated locally, he graduated from Lewiston High School, Class of ’72.

He spent many years working at Bath Iron Works as a pipefitter. He loved listening to music, playing guitar and singing. An avid follower of all New England teams, to include Patriots, Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox, he rarely missed a televised game and was very knowledgeable in regard to sports. Ron also enjoyed playing golf, softball and shooting billiards in his younger years. Most of all, he was loved by many and known for his quick-witted sense of humor.

Survivors include a daughter, Kelly Doustou, of Lewiston; two brothers, Richard and wife, Diane, of Lewiston, and Robert of Poland; a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Doustou, of Winslow; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother and father.
