SAN JOSE, Calif. — Dolores (Dolly) Jutras Ebolitto Lucero passed away suddenly at her home in San Jose, Calif., on Thursday, March 15, with her husband, Ernest Lucero, by her side. She was born in 1937 in Lewiston to Theresa and Conrad R. Jutras and had two brothers, Conrad and Bert, and a sister, Annette Jutras Michaels Tidwell. Dolly lived in Auburn and Poland and attended Saint Louis grade school and St. Dom’s High School. She married and had two daughters, Caryl and Suzanne, and moved to California where she spent the rest of her life. Dolly lived a full life. She was an avid skier in her younger days, was a pilot, a skydiver and an international cook. She became involved with the local French Club, was a champion Petanque player and in recent years she loved to travel and camp with her husband, Ernest Lucero. Dolly is survived by her husband, Ernest, and his family; her daughter, Suzanne Rose, and family; her sister, Annette Jutras Tidwell; and nephews Mike and his wife, Lisa Tidwell, and Duke Tidwell and his partner, Ray Gibson, all of Tennessee; and by her niece, Robin Jutras of Ohio. She was loved by all she came in contact with, family, friends and even strangers. She is sorely missed by all.
