After a three-week break, the Auburn City Council faces a long agenda Monday with attention expected to focus on the recommendations of the Stickered Bag Task Force calling for residents to pay for their trash bags to keep down disposal costs. The council will take no action on that report, but will consider proposals to increase the notification of residents abutting properties that may be rezoned and charge developers the cost of the mailings. The members will also vote on formally establishing covenants governing landscaping, screening and regulations on the size of signs and buildings in the new Kittyhawk Industrial Park.
