LEWISTON — Laurence Marie Duperry, known to all as “Flo,” 84, of Lewiston, died Tuesday, April 3, at d’Youville Pavilion, where she had been a resident for several years. Born in Lac Baker, N.B., Canada, she was the daughter of Eloi and Leonie Nadeau Michaud.

She worked on the family farm; after the farm she worked at the Hathaway shirt factory in Winslow, then worked for St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center until retirement. In her years she enjoyed bowling, playing cards, going to the beauty salon, flea markets and the love of her cats.

Survivors include a son, Phillip “Tadd” Cormier, and wife, Corinna, of Lewiston; a brother, Fernand Michaud, and wife, Leonette, of Winslow; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, bothers and sisters, she was predeceased by her husband, Normand Duperry.

The family would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff at d’Youville Pavilion.

Donations, condolences, and a tribute video may be found online at www.albert-burpee.com.
