PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — Amy Danielle Lajoie, 40, of Oldsmar, Fla., died Sunday, Feb. 11, at Suncoast Hospice Care Center, following a long illness.

She was born in Lewiston, May 24, 1977, the daughter of Donna (Gendron) Coburn, now of Sabattus, and Daniel Lajoie of Naples. Amy graduated from Oak Hill High School in Wales and attended Bentley College and Clarke University in Framington, Mass., where she received her Microsoft degree.

She was a computer technologist and worked for several banks and Putnam Investments in Massachusetts before moving to Florida.

She is survived by her daughter, Eliana Elegbede of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and two sons, Noah Elegbede of Sabattus and Brayden Lajoie of Pittsfield, Mass.; her brother, Matthew Lajoie of Lewiston; and grandparents, John and Carlene Coburn who reside in Sabattus.

She will be sadly missed by family and friends but it is with great joy and comfort that she is now in heaven with “The Lord.”
