LIVERMORE — Selectpersons on Monday approved hiring resident Dan Boothby for maintenance and highway worker positions.
Administrative Assistant Amy Byron said Boothby would start Monday, May 21. He will work an average of 35 hours per week, covering both positions.
Boothby will be paid $15 per hour as a highway worker and $14 per hour for maintenance.
In another matter, Byron said absentee ballots for the Tuesday, June 12, statewide primary and town elections will be available starting Thursday, May 17.
The Town Office will be closed Monday, May 28, for Memorial Day. Selectpersons will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 29.
