NORWAY — The Norway Memorial Library invites the public to view an art exhibition featuring the work of Sue Moccia’s Oxford Hills Middle School students.
The work on display includes zentangle mandalas, whimsical houses and emphasis drawings. Students used sharpies and colored pencils to create the mandalas (controlled doodling).
Others drew a whimsical house using a variety of lines and patterns. The medium for these drawings are watercolor.
Emphasis drawing consists of white and black pencil with shades of gray. A burst of color is added to emphasize one point in the work of art.
The pieces can be seen during the library’s open hours until early June.
