LEWISTON — Angela Marie Ridley, 34, formerly of Lisbon Falls and now of Lewiston, died at Central Maine Medical Center because of a drug overdose Wednesday, May 16. Angela was born April 22, 1984, in Lewiston, the daughter of Kevin Ridley and Carol Merrill. She attended local schools, graduating from St. Dominic’s High School in the Class of 2003. She then attended Mr. Bernard’s School of Hair Fashion, from which she graduated in 2004. Angela and her twin sister had a special bond that only twins understand. She enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, making and selling jewelry and styling hair. She loved animals, especially her dog, “Lady.” She loved people without judgment, making new friends and always tried to help those less fortunate and enjoyed “lots” of conversation. Angela will always be remembered for her radiant smile, love of people and beautiful blue eyes that lit up any room.

Angela is survived by her loving family: her father and stepmother: Kevin and Verla Ridley of Lisbon; her mother and stepfather: Greg and Carol Merrill of Lisbon; twin sister, Michelle Ridley of Lisbon; brother and wife: Kevin and Emma Ridley of Bushell, Fla.; stepsister and husband: Leah and Cam Dufour of Augusta; her grandparents: Ralph and Lorraine Sawyer of Poland and John and Peggy Ridley of Lisbon; stepsisters: Olivia Merrill of Lewiston and Sierra Merrill of Phippsburg; stepbrother, Brad Merrill, of Topsham, companion: Keith McCluskey; nieces: Eloise and Eliza Ridley of Bushell, Fla.; nephew, Jake Dufour; Uncle and aunt: Todd and Kristine Ridley of Lisbon; aunt: Janis Dill of Ellsworth; cousins: Ben and Michael Ridley, Kait and Nick Dingley, Chris Gould, Ashley Edwards and Buddy Dill.
