AUBURN — Jacqueline C. Crowley 96, died Thursday May 31, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Healthcare & Hospice. Jackie Crowley was educated at area schools and was a lifelong resident of Lewiston, Maine. She was married to Thomas W. Crowley for more than 45 years, until his death in 1991. They had one daughter, Donna, whom they both loved dearly.
Jackie was an active member for decades of Martindale Country Club, and played golf several times a week. Her house and pool were a neighborhood gathering place and a source of laughter and fun. Known as the “Queen of Marble Street,” Jackie will be missed by everyone.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Donna, and many close friends.
